Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

To start a return, contact us at soulzory@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions once your request is approved.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost — you will not need to return the item in this case.

Non-Returnable Situations
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that show signs of use or damage not present on arrival
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
