Which size should I choose?
For a single person on the sofa or a child's bed, 130x150 cm or 150x200 cm works well. For a double bed, look at 200x230 cm; for a king, 228x228 cm and above. The smaller 70x100 cm and 100x130 cm sizes are best as lap throws, pram or chair blankets.
Is it soft straight out of the packaging?
Yes. The flannel is brushed during manufacture, so it feels plush from the first use — there's no rough break-in period. Give it a shake out after unpacking to let the pile lift.
Can I machine wash it?
Polyester flannel is easy to care for. We recommend a cool, gentle machine wash with similar colours and a low-heat tumble dry or air dry. Avoid bleach and high heat, which can flatten the brushed surface over time.
Will the galaxy print fade?
The pattern is printed through the flannel face and holds up well to regular use and cool washing. As with any printed textile, prolonged direct sunlight and hot washes will dull colour faster, so we suggest keeping both moderate.
